Driver Support Representative
In the role of a Driver Support Representative, you will work with a divisional office or account in completing processes and resolving challenges by collaborating with drivers and other associates. You will be the liaison between drivers and customers ensuring on-time and safe pick-up and delivery of freight. In this role, you will use an open, interactive communication style to reconcile customer and driver needs and meet company performance goals.
Fleet Specialist
As a Fleet Specialist, you will select and assign all freight for your team, support the drivers and meet customer service commitments. Ensure your success in this role by selecting the right freight and utilizing the best cost option available to maximize profitability. You will seek ways to continuously improve the day-to-day processes by analysing the "big picture," meeting customer expectations and valuing Schneider's orange assets.
Operations Specialist
As an Operations Specialist, you will own resolving unique driver circumstances by supporting the Driver Managers. This is accomplished through the utilization of tracking systems and direct communication with internal team members as well as building relationships with drivers.

As a Driver Manager, you are Schneider's key operations link between the organization, driver and customer. You are accountable to coach, lead and mentor associates to achieve operational and safety goals. In this role, you are expected to use an open, interactive leadership style to reconcile customer and driver needs, while leading the Schneider team to meet company performance goals.
Operations Manager
In the role of an Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and direction to the Driver Managers and their team. You are accountable to deliver specific internal results aligned to Schneider's strategic business plan.
Account Service Manager
As an Account Service Manager, you will act as a key liaison between the customer and Schneider teams. In this role, you will be accountable for the service metrics, operating budget and balancing the needs of the customer. Fun fact: Most Account Service Managers work onsite with the customer!
